The Ace Street Rifa 13 (or as commonly called by the members, Rifa) is a hispanic sureño-affiliated street gang operating in El Corona and claiming the same area as turf.
The gang was revived over the dominance of Cabrera "Mendo" Mendez who lead the gang into dominance over the Los Santos drug trade and met with several periods of instability and disputes both internaly and with rival syndicates that wished to battle for the lucrative hangspots for drug dealing in Central Los Santos.
Over the watch of Kasper Hernandez and influenced by Rosamarie Garcia, the gang grew into a more organized M.O. betting hard on their chop-shopping rackets and wide spread distribution of narcotics through the entire Los Santos area.
